Małgorzata Piekutowa

Małgorzata Piekutowa (born in 1967) graduated in theatre studies from the PWST in Warsaw (her MA thesis was supervised by Zbigniew Raszewski). She worked for the publisher Wydawnictwo KRĄG, Teatr na Woli, the Polish Ministry of Culture and Art, the Institute of Art of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) and the literature department of the resituated National Theatre (from the beginning of Jerzy Grzegorzewski’s tenure; as department head from 2002 to 2006). From 2006 to 2012, Piekutowa worked at the Department of Arts and Literature of the Film Agency, Polish Television. Between 2012 and 2016, she taught at the Academy of Theatre in Warsaw. In 2014, Małgorzata Piekutowa was appointed Head of the Publishing Department of the National Museum in Warsaw. She publishes in Teatr monthly and teatralny.pl.
