Georgios Sampatakakis (M.Phil., Cambridge; Ph.D., London) is an Assistant Professor of Theatre Studies at the University of Patras. His areas of interest include Performance Studies, the Anthropology of Theatre, Theatre History and Theory, and Theatre Directing. He has published articles in many international journals and volumes, as well as four books in Greece.
