Archa Theatre (Divadlo Archa) is a centre for contemporary stage art that erases the borders between genres. It does not have a fixed ensemble, its performances are created as projects. Archa is a space of confrontation for international stage art, a place where different cultures meet. It presents its performances not only in the spaces of the theatre but also elsewhere, including in public spaces. The company places equal emphasis on the theatrical and social roles of the theatre. Archa is a public forum that provides space to artists for their creative work. Each year at Archa several original projects are created, which are then presented as a series of performances.
