Adam Ferency (born 1951, Poland) is an actor and director. Graduate of the National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw. He first appeared on stage in a performance directed by Gustaw Holoubek. He made his debut as director in 1993 with Hollywood, Hollywood by David Mamet. He has performed on theatre stages of Warsaw, as well as those of the cities of Olsztyn and Gdynia. Since 1994 he has been a member of the ensemble of The Dramatic Theatre in Warsaw. He is a collaborator of the Rozmaitości Theatre in Warsaw and Nowy Theatre. Since the onset of his career he has been involved in the television and radio theatre stages. He has featured in a few dozen of films. He has been awarded the Golden Lions prize for the best actor at the Gdynia Film Festival in 1991 (Kanalia, directed by Tomasz Wiszniewski) and the theatre prize awarded by the Polish Radio in 2000. He is a member of the Polish Film Academy. He lends his voice for the dubbing of films and production of audiobooks.
